1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or uploading content, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Brimpass.
• You’re responsible for safeguarding your password and account activity.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Overview

Brimpass allows registered users to upload photos/videos and generate shareable links that can:

• Expire after a set number of views ("Max Views"), a duration or date, or upon first view.
• Require a password.
• Be tracked in real time.

Recipients do not need an account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer Free, Premimium, and Premium Plus tiers with different storage, link limits, and features. Billing is handled via Stripe; you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. No refunds on partial billing periods.

5. Content Ownership & Responsibility

• You retain full ownership of your content.
• You grant Brimpass a non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your uploads solely to provide the Service.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., copyright, privacy).

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Brimpass to upload or share:

• Illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene material.
• Malicious code or files.
• Content violating others’ privacy or IP rights.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts or remove content for violations or inactivity. You may close your account via your dashboard; content will be deleted per our data retention policy.

8. Disclaimers

No Warranty. The Service is provided “as is.”

Availability. We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brimpass will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
